Proxy / Defense·Matter involving a listed company

Execution support in a
shareholder-response and proxy situation

We supported the framing, information design and touchpoint building in a critical shareholder situation. Rather than stopping at advice, we delivered concrete builds — a dedicated microsite and the design of shareholder letters.
* Within the bounds of confidentiality, we show only the outline of what we built. Company names and figures are withheld.

Background

With a critical shareholder situation approaching, the issues had been debated internally — but there was no information design answering “in which words, and in what order, do we reach shareholders,” and no touchpoints or pathways to actually deliver the message. Materials existed; a route to shareholders did not. Advice alone would not move the situation forward.

What White Bear did

After organizing the issues and designing the information structure, we built the delivery itself: a dedicated microsite that reaches shareholders, the design of shareholder letters, and the pathways for explanation — all in working form. Our scope runs past “what to say” into building “how it reaches.”

  • Framing the issues, and designing the explanation axes and information structure for shareholders
  • Building the dedicated microsite and shareholder letters
  • Setting up explanation pathways and shareholder touchpoints, with hands-on operational support

Outcome (within the bounds of confidentiality)

With a route to shareholders in place, the company’s position reached shareholders directly, instead of sitting inside internal materials. By carrying the work through to implementation rather than stopping at advice, we supported the progress of the situation as an operational matter.
